On Yahoo Sports Radio’s “Nate & The Noise,” the St. Paul Pioneer Press‘ Brian Murphy talked with host Nate Lundy about the new Vikings’ stadium, running back Adrian Peterson, and the high hopes many have for their defense.
“Their defense is going to win them some games,” Murphy said. “If they can just get them some consistent and respectable performances out of their offense, I think the defense is gonna carry this team and their built for the next two, three, four, five years to be a strong, dominant presence in the NFC North.”
The Vikings kick off their season on Sept. 11 in a road game against the Tennessee Titans.
