In this week’s first podcast, your host Rich Kurtzman discusses last Saturday’s loss to the Minnesota Golden Gophers in Minneapolis, complete with quotes from head coach Mike Bobo on the team’s lack of execution on key downs which led to the close defeat.
Rich asked Bobo during the coaches’ press conference Monday following freshman quarterback Collin Hill’s early interception Saturday, if it was a teaching moment. Bobo does well to explain it wasn’t a bad decision and even goes into what he told Hill after the play.
Then, the Border War’s history is discussed as the Rams gear up for the giant rivalry game this Saturday at Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium.
