On Yahoo Sports Radio’s “Nate and the Noise,” the Associated Press’ Teresa Walker joined host Nate Lundy to discuss where things stand for the Tennessee Titans headed into the 2016 season.
The Titans were among the NFL’s worst teams last season and were awarded the first pick in the draft before trading it to the Los Angeles Rams.
Lundy and Walker discussed that trade, the hiring of head coach Mike Mularkey, and the development of quarterback Marcus Mariota, and what a successful season would be this year.
“If they double their win total and get to six, that’ll definitely be an improvement,” Walker said.
The Titans open their season in a home game against the Minnesota Vikings Sept. 11.
