The Buffaloes fell to the Trojans on the road over the weekend, 21-17, in a big missed opportunity for CU. Colorado is now 4-2 (2-1 in the PAC-12) on the year and remain tied atop the PAC-12 South. Under the direction of redshirt freshman QB Steven Montez for the third week in a row, the Buffs got off to a very slow start in Los Angeles and fought valiantly, but it was not enough in the end.

Joining Mat Smith to break that matchup down is Anthony Herron, PAC-12 Network analyst and former NFL defensive lineman. Anthony was on the call over the weekend for the PAC-12 Network and lends some intriguing insight into the state of the Colorado program.
