The first practice of the Denver Nuggets new Summer League team was held today. This featured a myriad of players who have come through Denver previously, be it in pre-draft workout or through scouting. We wanted to focus, in particular, on Malik Beasley who will be entering in to his second season with the Nuggets.
We go over what his goals are for the Summer League team, in particular what Malik planned on showing he worked on. Additionally we talk about Malik buying a house for his mom and how that felt for him and his family. One thing is definitely clear, Beasley is more mature than last season and is out to prove that he can ball in the NBA.
